The first phase of work begins on site!

After nearly 10 years of hard work, its all starting to progress at the Lockerbie Old School community hub. The board (which some members have sat on since the beginning nearly 10 years ago!) are thrilled to be able to see the preliminary work commencing on the near 150-year-old site. They would like to thank Cunninghame Housing Association and D&G Council, who without their help this project would not be possible. 

Hardies Engineering who are based in Dumfries have been entrusted with starting the first phase of construction which will see the interior of the building stripped back to bare brick to review what state the poor building is currently in ready for the main construction to being next year.
